Educating with Oxford
MSc in Sustainable Urban Development
We've teamed up with the Department for Continuing Education at the University of Oxford to provide an MSc in Sustainable Urban Development.
This master's degree aims to provide students with a rigorous and critical introduction to the policy and practice of sustainable urban development.
Our MSc provides meaningful and up-to-date learning, which we hope will enhance career development within the sustainable urban sector, an area crucial to the future, as urban populations continue to rise.
The MSc in Sustainable Urban Development is a part-time postgraduate degree normally taught over two years, aimed at professional people working in the built environment and related sectors. Our programme is structured to be accessible to international students.
Students will normally attend eight intensive residential teaching weeks, five in their first year and three in their second year. Students will spend part of the second year working on a dissertation with the guidance of a supervisor.
We hope that graduates of the course will go on to supervise the social, economic and environmental development of the the towns and cities of tomorrow.
