Tom Perry MRTPI
International Programme Manager
Tom is the International Programme Manager for the Prince’s Foundation for Building Community where he is responsible for urban and architectural projects across the world.
Tom has managed over 30 collaborative planning and design frameworks for projects both in the UK and internationally ranging in scale from urban regeneration and new extension projects in Gabon and Jamaica to sustainable development advocacy projects in Ecuador and China. Tom has overseen the delivery of new buildings in Jamaica and Kenya.
Tom led PFBC’s development of neighbourhood planning frameworks in over 20 communities across the UK, developing innovative community-led regeneration plans alongside a range of local stakeholders.
Tom is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and Association for Project Management and will be the Prince’s Foundation Project Manager.
