The Prince’s Foundation facilitated a complex town centre regeneration Enquiry by Design (EbD) workshop in November 2005, assisting in the preparation of a masterplan that will reinvigorate the city centre of Lincoln with better connectivity and cohesion, enabling the city’s growth and redevelopment.
