The Prince's Foundation Receives Highest Rating in BRE Green Assessment

The proposed Sherford development achieved an overall Sustainability score of 85% of the total credits available for the Sherford Framework, and receives and 'Exemplar' performance rating. It has attained 50 'Best Practice' credits out of a possible 76,  and a further 18 'Good Practice' credits.
